The Committee pays much attention to the needs of regional activists and their families. People who many years work for democratic changes in our country who risk to lose their jobs, health and moral tranquility need special psychological and material care. The Committee helped 28 such families in Vitebsk, Sluzk, Barusau, Saligorsk, Maladechna, Orsha, Klezk and others.
The money was given for medical examination, paying for apartment’s rent in case of loosing the place in a dorm, paying for education in case of transfer from free form to paid, for paying to lawyers and other needs. Help with employment was provided.
